Download files for your Wiki2Touch application

Wiki2Touch makes it possible to browse an offline copy of Wikipedia on (jailbreaked) Iphone and Ipod Touch devices.

Installation/usage tips: [For the application Wikisrvd in Cydia: download and transfer to your iPod Touch/iPhone.]

The size is the final file size of the .bin files to be transferred to the iPod/iPhone as reported by properties of the file menu.

The files are generated and Gsplit is used under Windows XP.

This works for OS up to version 4.3.5. You have to jailbreak (e.g. with redsn0w) and install Cydia.

WARNING: wiki2touch does not (yet?) work on OS 5 !!!!!

Install wiki2touch server (with sbsettings) and openSSH via Cydia .

In safari call http://127.0.0.1:8080/ to get to wiki2touch and save to the homescreen.

Transfer data to iPhone/iPod via WinSCP or MacSCP to var/mobile/media/wikipedia/de or ../en etc.

You may use TEST to verify your installation.

Reboot device.

Enjoy.
